Delete Your ZipGo Account

To request deletion of your ZipGo account and eligible associated personal data, email ZipGo support from the phone number or email address connected to your account.

Include your name, phone number, and a short statement confirming that you want the account deleted. Some records may be retained where required by law or needed for safety, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution.
